• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the check-in time are 100% refundable.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in are charged one night's tariff; the balance is refunded.
• No-show bookings without prior intimation are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
• Early check-out does not qualify for a refund of unused nights unless approved by management.

• Payments are accepted via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and cash at reception.
• Online payments are processed on secure, encrypted gateways; we never store card details.
• A valid government photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in (as per J&K rules).

• Check-in from 12:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
• Tariffs are per room, per night, and may vary during Navratri and peak yatra season.
• Children below 5 years stay free without an extra bed; extra bed is chargeable.
• Pool, gym and bar timings are as displayed at the property; use is at guests' own risk.
• Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Damage to property will be charged at actuals.
• Darshan assistance and yatra guidance are complimentary services; slot allotment is controlled by the Shrine Board.
• The hotel is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by weather, yatra closures or events beyond our control.
